Small Startup Seeks eCommerce overhaul

A small startup owning several online lighting showrooms tasked me with giving their main flagship store, "Hansen Lighting" a complete makeover.

Not only was a visual redesign in order, but they were reporting poor performance from their order process/online checkout. The User Experience related to buying lighting products online needed some serious love. A heavy dose of wireframing and usability testing was in order.
